A light and healthy dip that tastes like heaven, and is heavenly on your waistline.
Makes about 2 cups.
From Sommer Collier of A Spicy Perspective.
Scoop the avocado flesh out of the peel and place it in the bowl of a food processor. Add all remaining ingredients.
Puree until very smooth. Taste, then season with additional salt and pepper as needed.
Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with cut veggies, or baked vegetable chips.

Just curious why it’s named Ranch Dip? I was thinking there was supposed to be some ranch dressing mix or something!
