Made these a couple of months ago for a party and they were a HUGE hit! And they were so easy to put together at the last second that I’ll be keeping this recipe around for years to come.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE!
Anytime that I make Chinese food I have to have these little bad boys along for the ride! My boyfriend and I just love these to death!

I was expecting these to be tedious, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and easily they came together. I found the tip for folding the wonton wrappers particularly helpful. These were definitely a big hit at our house and we enjoyed them down to the last bite. We’ll definitely be making these again. A lot.

Thanks a million for this recipe! Crab Rangoons are my absolute favorite thing to order at a Chinese restaurant! I judge how good a place is by 2 things: the Egg Drop soup, and the Crab Rangoons.

My daughter and I made these last night, though we didn’t have the green onions or crab meat. She assembled and I fried them up. Wow! I told her never again will we have to order these in a restaurant! Super easy and very tasty! Tonight we are trying ravioli with our wonton wrappers!

I have been making these for years. A word of warning: do not try low-fat cream cheese! Also, if you’re out of crabmeat, use surimi or those little tiny shrimp in a jar. I normally wouldn’t touch those but used them once out of desperation and was shocked at how good they taste in this recipe!!

Oops, forgot to add that I like to add a little garlic powder and a dash of lite soy sauce.
