Simple and tasty Crab Appetizers that freeze well and can be popped into the oven at a moment’s notice.
Allow butter to soften to room temperature.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Split English muffins and spread cheese/crab mixture on muffin halves. Place rounds in a freezer bag or airtight container and freeze until firm.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut frozen rounds into wedges and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-14 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm.
