Description

Easy and healthy!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Cannellini Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • ¼ cups Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Zest
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced (More Or Less, Depending On Your Taste)
  • ⅓ cups Olive Oil, Plus More If Needed To Reach Desired Consistency
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Combine beans, cilantro, lime zest, juice and garlic in a food processor and blend until mixed. With the processor on, stream in olive oil until desired consistency is reached. I blended mine for a good 3–4 minutes to make it super creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with pita chips!
