Cups made of stuffing and then filled with ground chicken, pistachios, onions, ranch mix and topped with Asiago cheese!
Mix together the stuffing, egg and water, and allow time for the stuffing to absorb the liquid.
Grease the muffin pan and fill halfway with stuffing. Then press the center of the stuffing down in each cup to form a cup for filling.
Mix the remaining ingredients together (except the cheese) to make the filling, and fill each stuffing cup to the top. Top with a pinch of asiago cheese. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until browned and slightly crisped.
