A twist to cheesy garlic bread with the addition of artichoke hearts.
1. Cut bread in half lengthwise. Tear out inside of halves to leave ½ inch of bread around the edge, forming a well. Reserve half the bread removed.
2. Combine artichokes, garlic, mayo, cream cheese, sour cream, onions, and Monterey jack cheese together. Stir in the reserved bread along with salt and pepper.
3. Spoon mixture into the wells on both halves of bread. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
4. Bake for 20 minutes at 350ºF.
