Description
This is a great combination of salty and sweet.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 jar (2.5 Oz. Jar) Armour Or Hormel Sliced Dried Beef
- 5 whole Green Onions
Preparation
Let the cream cheese sit out while cutting onions and beef.
Slice green onions into small pieces. Slice beef into small pieces. Put cream cheese, beef and green onions into a KitchenAid mixer to incorporate all the ingredients through the cream cheese. Wrap in Saran wrap.
You can also roll this in thinly sliced almonds if desired. I like to serve this with Triscuits.
The sliced dried beef almost looks like salami and is found in a glass jar by the canned meats (Spam, etc.).
