This is a delicious apetizer and finger food! You can’t go wrong with a recipe that includes mushrooms, cream cheese and feta cheese!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Thaw spinach in a colander and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except mushrooms and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Fill each mushroom cap with the spinach/cheese mixture and place them on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each one.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve mushrooms warm. Enjoy!
