Description

7 ingredients to a crowd pleasing appetizer. Buffalo anything is always a hit!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (19 Oz. Can) Chickpeas Or Garbanzo Beans
  • 2 pieces Thin Boneless Chicken Breast, Grilled Or Previously Cooked (optional)
  • 2 cloves Garlic Peeled And Quartered
  • 2 Tablespoons Liquid From The Chickpeas
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Sesame Oil Or Tahini
  • 3 Tablespoons Wing Sauce (or More To Taste)

Preparation

In your food processor, combine the chickpeas, chicken and garlic and pulse until pureed. Add in 2 tablespoons liquid from the chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, sesame oil/tahini and wing sauce and pulse until incorporated.

Adjust to your taste (add more wing sauce or red pepper, etc.).

Note: Chicken is optional. It will still have that buffalo taste without it; I just like the texture with it. I love this with Stoned Wheat Thin Crackers (my favorite!).

Enjoy!

Made this yummy appetizer for our 4th of July shindig and it was a great addition! Very easy and very tasty! We served it with crackers and celery — Thanks!
