This was absolutely perfect for our picnic on the beach – I added a pinch or two of garlic powder, but otherwise made the recipe as is. Delicious! Thank you for the recipe!!!

This was great! The only thing I did was add garlic. I served it on a baguette cut on the diagonal, brushed with olive oil, and grilled.

Awesome recipe! My mom and brother said it tasted just like Olive Garden. Very simple, delicious, and healthy! Thanks a bunch!

Very delicious and refreshing. Served it with slices of multigrain baguette. Loved it, but I think next time I’ll add garlic because I love garlic in everything. TFS.

Perfect balance of flavors! I added a little crushed red pepper, then topped with cheese and baked it! yummo!

Excellent!!! Almost ate it all myself before I got it to the table! Roasted some garlic and rubbed it on french bread top with this and it’s perfect.

Really good! Like others, I added garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon). I mixed mine with hot orzo pasta and topped with Parmesan for a light summer dinner. Yum!

Great recipe! My husband and I devoured it! The only thing I did differently was toast it in a pan with butter and use one raw clove of garlic to rub over all the slices of bread before putting the topping on. I also think this would be a great dish to bring to someones home because you could transport it separately, putting the topping on once you arrived at your hosts home. Thanks for the recipe!

Made this over the weekend and it was a huge HIT at our family bbq! I sliced french bread (not cutting all the way thru) placed sliced fresh mozzarella between each slice, popped it in the oven for 5 minutes on 350, topped with this amazing recipe and sprinkled chopped macadamia nuts on top! AMAZING! Thank you for sharing this with us!!!

This sounds like a great way to use up some of my fresh tomatoes!

Cannot wait to try this with fresh garden tomatoes! I agree that the addition of garlic sounds even better…
