Description

This has been my yummy treat to myself since I was in my 20’s, *cough* years ago. Toss the popcorn with brown butter, rosemary, parmesan and sea salt. If anyone ever makes you choose between this and pedicures, you’ll have a hard time deciding.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Unpopped Popcorn
  • ½ sticks Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Rosemary
  • ¼ cups Grated Parmesan
  • 1 pinch Coarse Sea Salt

Preparation

Full disclosure: I love rosemary, so much! I’ve loved rosemary since I was a teenager. You can never put enough rosemary into a dish, so, feel free to cut back, if you’d like.

Pop the popcorn per your popper’s instructions.

While corn is popping toss half a stick of butter into a pan and begin to brown it. When it’s nearly done, toss in the finely chopped rosemary. It will bubble and smell so lucious! Let it simmer in the butter for the remaining few seconds.

Toss your popcorn with the rosemary infused brown butter, a pinch of sea salt and the grated parmesan cheese. Just adjust the measurements to suit your taste.

Enjoy!

I LOVE this popcorn! I also love rosemary and will put it in/on nearly everything. Thanks for the great idea!
