I used the strawberry wine jam from this site to make these and they were out of this world!!

Description
Thinly sliced brie on top of mini toast, topped with strawberry jam and sliced almonds.
Ingredients
- 1 log Brie Cheese
- 1 package Mini Toast Squares
- 1 jar Squeeze Strawberry Jam
- ¼ cups Sliced Almonds
Preparation
Determine the number of people you will be serving, and allow 2 to 4 brie bites per person.
Lay out the mini toast, and thinly slice the brie log. The brie and the toast should be roughly the same size.
Place a slice of cheese on top of each piece of toast, add 1/2 teaspoon strawberry jam, and top with sliced almonds.
Serve and enjoy
