Description

This dip is especially delicious! Enjoy with your favorite vegetables or thin it out with a little milk for a fantasic salad dressing. Made, of course, with real ingredients. You will feel great about serving it to your friends and family. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Low-fat Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil Or Regular Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cups Bleu Cheese Crumbles
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Serve with crudités (fancy word for cut veggies) or use as a salad dressing. Great for dipping spicy chicken wings!

Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Makes about 1 1/4 cup.

Note: add a little milk if too thick for salad dressing.

I will print and make really soon. I am buying a commercial product that I really like with yogurt as a main ingredient and it is really low in calories and to me high in taste. It is spendy so I hope it takes as good and I will be in heaven.

My first try at bleu cheese dressing and it turned out great. I used plain yogurt because that it what I had on hand. This was great as salad dressing. It was a little strong because I did not thin it out, but a tablespoon was all that was needed for a huge salad. Thanks for sharing this great simple recipe angiespantry.
