Tangy, tasty, cheesy goodness!
In medium sauce pan, over medium heat, melt butter or margarine. Add flour to make a paste. Slowly add whipping cream until all is well blended. Add seasonings. Start adding cheese and beer slowly until both are well blended and melted into sauce. I use whole nutmeg and grate myself. Transfer to fondue pot and serve with bread cubes.
You can mix up the types of cheese to fit your personal preference. You can also use non-alcoholic beer. Add more or less cheese and beer based on the consistency you want.
