Description

Everytime I make this incredibly tasty dip for parties, it’s one of the first that gets devoured! It can also be easily doubled or tripled.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight Canned Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • 32 ounces, weight Canned Blackeye Peas, Drained And Rinsed
  • 11 ounces, weight Canned Mexicorn, Drained And Rinsed
  • 1 package (about 1 Oz. Size) Taco Seasoning Mix, Mild Or Spicy
  • ½ cups Chopped Green Chiles
  • 1 whole Medium Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 whole Medium Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 whole Medium Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 whole Medium Red Onion, Chopped
  • 1 cup Good Quality Bottled Italian Dressing
  • Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper To Tastes
  • Hot Sauce, To Taste (optional)

Preparation

Combine everything in a large bowl until well blended. Allow to chill out in the refrigerator overnight. The longer it sits, the better.

Serve with tortilla chips and/or Fritos scoops.
