Description

Tastes just like the dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French Bread
  • Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 8 ounces, weight Mozzarella
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
  • 1 can (6.5 Oz. Can) Crab Meat, Fresh Will Work Too
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Divided
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1 cup Four Cheese Blend, Or Italian Blend Cheese, Shredded

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
2. Cut French bread in half. Drizzle with olive oil and smear with garlic. Top with mozzarella.
3. In a medium-large bowl, combine cream cheese, artichoke hearts, crabmeat, ½ cup Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Top generously onto the bread, sprinkle remaining ½ cup parmesan cheese and 4-cheese blend. Stick in the oven for 8–10 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
5. After cheese has begun to melt, turn broiler on to low and broil until cheese is golden. Watch carefully so it doesn’t burn. It should only take about 2–3 minutes.
