Grilled fresh summer corn-on-the-cob topped with cilantro lime butter. Easy to make, easy to freeze. Simply pull out of the freezer and slice whenever you want to do some grilling!
Throw everything (except corn) into your food processor. Pulse until cilantro is chopped fine and incorporated into your butter. Spoon into a long piece of wax paper. Shape into a log. Roll log into wax paper, twisting ends shut. Chill in refrigerator or freeze until desired time.
Wrap corn in foil and cut slits in foil. Grill, turning often about 10 minutes.
Top with lime cilantro butter.
