A healthier and tastier version of fried zucchini.
Clean and slice up the zucchini. Peel and slice the onions into rings.
Pour oil into the bottom of a skillet and add the zucchini and onions. Fry the zucchini and onions until light brown in color.
Remove the onions and zucchini onto a plate and pile on the parmesan cheese!
