Steamed yellow beans tossed with flavorful Italian-style salsa verde.
To prepare the salsa verde, combine the parsley, lemon zest, garlic, capers, salt, pepper and olive oil in a bowl. Stir, and if possible, let sit for a few hours in the fridge to let flavors develop.
Steam the yellow or green beans in a steamer rack for 5 minutes or until desired texture. Toss with the salsa verde.
