These potatoes are super easy to make and will be a hit with everyone. Plus they make your whole house smell so good!
Wash potatoes and slice the ends off so that there is exposed potato on two sides (if the potatoes are larger red potatoes, you can quarter them instead for faster cooking). Melt the butter in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add crushed garlic. Add potatoes to the skillet and pour enough wine over the top to cover at least 3/4 of the potatoes. Cover and let simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.
When the potatoes are fork-tender, reduce heat to medium-low, remove cover and cook for an additional 20 minutes to reduce the wine sauce.
Serve and enjoy!

Oh yum! This sounds wonderful….I can just imagine the aroma as these simmer. Plus, I am sure I’d enjoy sipping on the remainder of the wine while they cooked!! LOL Thanks for sharing…I’ll be sure to try this soon.
