A wonderful side to have with lamb or beef.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with foil. Combine sliced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary and thyme in a bowl. Add mushrooms and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange mushrooms in a single layer on prepared baking sheets. Roast until mushrooms are tender and slightly crisp on edges, about 25 minutes.

How can you go wrong with balsamic vinegar and mushrooms…and garlic!
