Watermelon Salsa

Description
A sweet, summery salsa with a slight kick of heat that goes perfect with chicken or simply for scooping chips in it.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Watermelon, Diced
- ¾ cups Mango, Seeded, Diced
- ½ cups Onion, Diced
- ½ whole Jalapeño, Seeded, Diced
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Stevia
- 1 teaspoon Cilantro
Preparation
In a bowl, add all of your ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Note: When handling the jalapeno, be sure to wear gloves.
