This was served at our daughter’s wedding; it got rave reviews. The nurses talked about it at work for a long time.
Cook tortellini; drain and rinse well under cold water. In a large clear glass bowl or a 9×13 pan, layer cabbage, spinach, tortellini, tomatoes and green onions. Pour dressing evenly over the top; sprinkle with bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until serving time.
