This is a recipe my step-daughter made for us one night. She came home with it from her home economics class.
Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.
Heat a large frying pan or wok over medium heat.
Add sesame seeds; cook (toast) for one minute or until brown. Take off heat, and put in a bowl. Set aside.
Add oil to the frying pan. Stir-fry crushed red pepper, ginger and garlic for 30 seconds. Add broccoli. Stir-fry one minute. Add soy sauce mixture. Stir well.
Cover and cook for two minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Take off heat.
Put in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and lightly stir to mix in the seeds.

Just add some thinly sliced sirloin and you pretty much have Beef and Broccili.
