These sweet potatoes are the perfect healthy, low calorie (only 111 calories!) side dish. A delicate balance of cinnamon and chili powder will satisfy both your sweet and salty cravings!
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss the sweet potatoes in olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix cinnamon, chili powder and red pepper flakes. Add seasoning to sweet potatoes and toss to coat.
Evenly lay out sweet potatoes on the baking sheet and roast for 35–45 minutes, stirring halfway through until cooked through. Enjoy!
