This corn goes perfectly with BBQ chicken!
Turn on your grill to 400 degrees.
Cut 4 sheets of aluminum foil about one foot long (depends on the size of your ears … of corn).
Lay each cob on a sheet of foil lengthwise.
Spread one half tablespoon of butter on each cob.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and a pinch of cayenne on each cob.
Fold the ends of the foil up and together, roll up the sides, so your pouch is sealed.
Lay these on an upper shelf of your grill on indirect heat for about 30 minutes.
Enjoy!

It was hit with our guests! Instead of grilling whole ears, I cut them in half before assembling thinking it would be a better serving portion. And everyone loved it. Will be doing again!

I made this tonight on my grill that has only one level. I turned off one side of the grill and left the corn on it. The texture and taste was wonderful. (I left out the cayenne since it was for my kids!)
