A side of vegetables always goes well with any entree.
Place 1 cup of water in a medium-sized pot and bring to a boil. Use a mesh wire basket and place inside the pot, making sure it does not touch the water. Add broccoli and carrots to basket, close lid and let steam for 10 minutes.
Melt butter in skillet on low/medium heat. Once butter is melted, add garlic. Take broccoli and carrots from wire basket and add to skillet. Sauté for 5 minutes, adding sea salt. Stir and serve hot.
