A nice easy way to put spring into your greens.
For the spring beans:
Blanch the green beans for 5 minutes. Drain and let sit at room temperature to cool for 15-20 minutes.
To a bowl, add the green beans and goat cheese to taste along with a pinch of salt. Mix in the dressing. Serve. Enjoy!
For the dressing, in a small bowl add the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and a dash of salt. Whisk well.
