Delicious!
Drain and rinse beans. Set aside.
Mince garlic and chop onions. Saute in olive oil until fragrant. Add beans and season with salt, red pepper, Tabasco and thyme. Let them cook until they crack.
Add chicken broth and let the mixture cook down. Top with spinach and let it wilt over the beans. Stir well.
Transfer to bowl and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
**Other possible additions:
cherry tomatoes
mushrooms
peppers
sauteed chicken
