Super easy Spicy Roasted Garlic Brussels Sprouts. The perfect side dish to complement any meal. And it takes less than 30 minutes to make!
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Add Brussels sprouts and garlic cloves onto a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with red pepper flakes, cayenne, pepper and salt. Toss to combine and spread in an even layer.
Place in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes until tender and caramelized. Toss once or twice throughout cooking. Take pan out of the oven and serve immediately.
