This side dish is super easy— a one-pot kind of deal, full of color and flavor and, of course, heat. This edamame is not for the faint of heart.
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet with red pepper flakes.
2. Add the carrots, garlic, red onion, and water chestnuts and sautee until soft.
3. Add the edamame.
4. Once heated through, add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.

ooooh, this sounds just like what I need to lure my husband to the edamame table. He’s not a fan but the heat may entice him.
