No ordinary mash, this side dish gets spruced up with a kick!
Peel and cut the white and sweet potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water for about 10 minutes or until fork tender. Drain and return the potatoes to the pot.
Add the butter and mash. Combine the milk and smoked paprika and add to the potatoes. Add the herbs, mix together until well combined, and season to taste.
Serve hot.
