Children love these, and adults too. It’s one delicious gooey tater side dish!
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a large skillet, add potato wedges, salt, black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Roast for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
In another skillet or frying pan, add ground beef, oregano, onions, bell pepper and saute until meat is brown. Drain off excess grease. Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and mustard. Stir well and saute 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Transfer ingredients into the skillet with the potatoes, scooping mixture on top of taters. Add both cheeses evenly across the top and bake 8 minutes.
Serve!
