Description

Super quick broccoli rabe!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • ½ bunches Chopped Broccoli Rabe
  • ½ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • ½  Lemon, Juiced

Preparation

Heat up your olive oil in a skillet on medium. Throw in your minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Toss in your broccoli rabe (it will sizzle!) and coat all the leaves with the oil/garlic. Your rabe will start to wilt immediately. Add in red pepper flakes, squeeze on lemon juice, and cook for about 5 minutes.

Serve on the side of your favorite meat or throw it in some pasta!
