These french fries are super simple and a healthy take on an American staple!
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Peel the potatoes and slice them to whatever thickness you like.
3. Coat them in olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Lay them in a single file on a coated baking sheet.
5. Pop them in the oven for 30 minutes, turning them over once halfway through.
