Serrano Creamed Spinach

Description
Creamed spinach, with a spicy kick. An easy side dish that is a must-try!
Ingredients
- 1 package (10 Oz. Size) Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 4 whole Serrano Peppers, Chopped
- 3 ounces, weight Low-fat Cream Cheese
- 1-½ Tablespoon Milk
- ¼ cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preparation
Cook spinach according to package directions, drain and squeeze out excess water.
Place spinach and all remaining ingredients in a stovetop pan and heat over medium to medium low heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until heated through and cheese is bubbling.
