I know many of you have had seaweed in sushi, but Koreans also love to eat it as a side dish with rice. This is one of my favorite seaweed side dishes from childhood!
In a large bowl, tear seaweed into small pieces. Add soy sauce and water, and massage into the seaweed.
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds and massage again to infuse flavor into seaweed. If desired, sprinkle pine nuts over seaweed. Serve with rice.
