Pa Muchim is typically served as a side dish with thinly sliced rib-eye beef that has been cooked on a tabletop grill or in an electric frying pan; it pairs well with any grilled meat or seafood.
1. Cut scallion pieces lengthwise into very thin strips and also the leaf lettuce into thin, bite-sized pieces.
2. Whisk sesame oil, vinegar, red chili pepper flakes and salt in a large bowl.
3. Add scallions and lettuce to the bowl and toss well to combine.
4. If you’d like to, add toasted sesame seeds or black sesame seeds.
