This is an easy side dish that brings out the nutty flavor of Brussels sprouts. Low carb and full of nutrients, this is something you’ll feel good about eating.
1. In a large pan over medium high heat, saute the Brussels sprouts in olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir occasionally and cook for 8-10 minutes.
2. Add the balsamic, cranberries and Parmesan. Toss and serve.
