A simple vegan and gluten free side dish that’s full of Asian flavors.
Wash and cut the ends off the baby bok choy and then cut each bunch in half. Heat olive oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Once oil is hot add garlic, cook for 1 minute then add bok choy. Saute for a couple of minutes until bok choy starts to wilt. Add a splash of sesame oil and soy sauce and mix to combine. Remove pan from the heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
