Potatoes sauteed in butter, seasoned with rosemary and thyme.
Heat non-stick skillet on medium high. Heat oil and butter until butter is melted. Meanwhile chop potatoes into 1/4 inch cubes. Add potatoes to melted butter and oil.
Chop rosemary and thyme and add to potatoes. Add salt and pepper. Continue to saute potatoes, stirring every couple of minutes until potatoes are tender when stuck with a fork.

These potatoes were FANTASTIC! I modified a little, because I didnt have fresh rosemary or thyme, replaced with a little steak seasoning. Definitely a keeper recipe.

Is the “pint” of salt and pepper supposed to be “pinch”?

These are simple to make and very delicious. My family loved them. They went perfectly with our grilled steak.
