Sweet and savory fries that are baked rather than fried. Healthy fries at their finest!
Cut sweet potatoes into fries. Drizzle avocado oil onto an enamel baking pan (enamel pans help make the fries nice and crispy). Place fries on the pan and sprinkle rosemary on top. Stir around to coat the fries with the oil and rosemary.
Bake at 425ºF until tender-crisp. Stir a couple of times during the cooking process. They will be lightly browned when cooked.
