Oven-roasted potatoes with rosemary and garlic.
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Add potatoes into a glass or metal 8×8 oven-safe pan. Sprinkle with pepper, garlic salt and rosemary. Top with garlic slices. Add butter into the middle of the pan. Pour whipping cream over everything.
Put the dish into the oven. After 30 minutes check and stir the potatoes. Bake for another 20 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
