Au gratin potatoes with a twist.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Grease an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray or butter. Wash and dice Yukon Gold potatoes. Arrange in baking dish.
In a bowl whisk milk, flour, black pepper and sea salt. Pour mixture on top of diced potatoes. Sprinkle dried rosemary on top. Place in preheated oven for 1 hour.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

made these for a fish fry, left off bacon but was yummy still.
