Great side dish to accompany any main course!
Preheat oven to 425 F.
In a bowl add oil, melted butter, honey, salt and pepper and mix together.
Add the yam wedges onto a greased or non-stick 9 x 12 rimmed baking sheet. Pour mixing bowl ingredients over wedges and using your hands, gently toss to coat the yam wedges. Place wedges in a single layer again and bake for 20 minutes, turning them over at the halfway point.
With 5 minutes left, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of baked yams and reduce oven heat to 375 F. Remove from oven and serve! Enjoy!
