Yummy side dish including carrots, onion, green peppers, zucchini, squash—delicious vegetables roasted and covered in soy sauce!
You first have to slice all of your vegetables. Make sure they are a good size, you don’t want them too big or too small.
After slicing all of the vegetables, prepare a wok or round-bottomed cooking vessel and add the olive oil.
After 3 minutes, start adding the vegetables to the wok. You will start hearing the vegetables sizzling and they will start to brown.
Now it’s time to add the soy sauce, making sure you stir the vegetables while adding the soy sauce. If you are missing soy sauce to cover the vegetables, feel free to add more.
Season to taste before serving.
