Elevate your roasted broccoli game by simply adding miso paste and sesame oil!
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, shallots, white miso, and soy sauce.
Place the broccoli on a baking pan with sides and then pour over the contents of the small bowl. Then sprinkle the nori seasoning over the broccoli. Toss the broccoli on the baking sheer and make sure all of it is coated.
Put in the oven for about 12 minutes. You the broccoli to begin to brown but not burn!
