Description

These potatoes are so flavorful and have the perfect crispness! I made them with salmon and “sweet dinner rolls” from my recipe box!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds New Potatoes, Quartered
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ teaspoons Thyme
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper (or Cayenne For A Kick)

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or plastic bag and mix until all the potatoes are covered. Then, dump onto a sheet cake pan that is lined with foil (this helps with clean p!). Bake uncovered at 450ºF for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender when poked with a fork. I would suggest stirring the potatoes halfway through the baking process so they get crispier on all sides. Enjoy!
