These taste like they are a lot worse for you than they actually are. And kids LOVE them!
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix dressing, cheese and bacon bits in a large bowl. Add potatoes and toss lightly. Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish and cover the dish with foil. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with parsley and chives.
