Fragrant and scrumptious roasted vegetable side dish for two!
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Cut cauliflower head in half vertically and, with a sharp knife, slice 2 thick slices, about 2 to 3 inches thick. Lay cauliflower steaks on a clean work surface and brush both sides with honey, then sprinkle each side with lemon pepper seasoning.
Place carefully on a nonstick sheet pan. Roast on the middle rack for 15 minutes.
We love these served with a pork or chicken main course.Enjoy!
Tip: Cut remaining cauliflower into florets and freeze in a freezer safe container or re-sealable freezer bag for another use.
